Welcome! I’m Elizabeth Warren, a Licensed Master Social Worker, with a Masters degree from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baruch College. My interest in people led me to learning about and exploring a variety of populations. In the past I have provided therapeutic services to POC, the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of abuse, those diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities, various personality disorders, SUD, PTSD, eating disorders, families, groups, and more.
Through working with such diverse groups, I had the chance to learn and utilize a number of modalities such as CBT, MI, DBT, ABA, SFBT, among other approaches. My experience with each of these modalities enables me to pull from a number of therapeutic styles and craft an experience that meets each of my client’s individual needs.
As a psychotherapist it is my goal to create a safe space where each person I work with may receive services that both meet them where they are in the present day and alter with them as they continue to grow. Please reach out if you are looking for a warm and collaborative self development journey!
