Lane Rogers, MHC-LP
(she/her/hers)
Welcome! My name is Lane and I am a Mental Health Counselor practicing in NYC. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
I work with adults experiencing issues including anxiety, identity exploration, trauma, perfectionism, codependency and other relationship challenges. As a career changer, I also enjoy using my previous corporate experience to support clients navigating career transitions and mental health challenges related to demanding professional environments.
I’m inspired by the human capacity for growth, healing and change at all stages of life and am passionate about creating a safe environment for clients to explore all parts of themselves. I take a psychodynamic and experiential approach to counseling focused on helping clients become more connected to their inner worlds and ultimately build more authentic and meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
I believe in the power of humor in the therapy room and have a playful and warm therapeutic style. I prioritize building collaborative relationships with my clients and always strive to bring my most authentic self to our work together. I’m looking forward to starting this journey together!
