Veronica Vaiti, LCSW-R, Co-Founder & Executive Director of Bhava Therapy Group is a integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and nationally accredited CE instructor.
With advanced training in somatic and experiential psychotherapy, Veronica brings a grounded, attuned, and practical approach to helping people regulate stress, process trauma, and reconnect with their inner resilience.
Her work is deeply informed by body-based practices, mindfulness, and decades of study in integrative therapy.
