My Approach
Amanda's approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered, grounded in cultural humility, inclusivity, and trauma informed care. She believes meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and accepted as they are. Drawing from evidence-based practices including DBT, ACT, and CBT, Amanda helps clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges. Whether clients meet with her in person in White Plains or connect through online therapy, she works at a pace that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with each client's goals, values, and strengths.
