Psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Bryan, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York with an MSW from Fordham University and a BA from SUNY Purchase. I have experience supporting youth facing anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. I use a strength-based, collaborative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), empowering clients to use their unique strengths to foster growth and healing.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in a strength-based perspective, combined with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I believe that everyone has unique strengths and resources, and I strive to help my clients recognize and use these qualities to support their growth and healing. I am highly collaborative in my work and encourage clients to be active participants in their care, ensuring that our therapeutic process is truly a partnership. My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, engaged, and supported throughout your journey.
What To Expect
When we work together, you’ll find I’m warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I create a safe space for open conversation, move at your pace, and use humor and empathy to support your growth. My goal is for you to feel truly heard, empowered, and an active part of the process.
