she/her/hers
Psychotherapist

I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York with three years of clinical experience and two years in school-based settings. I earned my B.S. in 2020 and my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024 from Touro University Worldwide. I work with individuals, couples, and families, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and interpersonal approaches to help clients navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we work toward growth and fulfillment.

My Approach

I approach therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside you to understand what’s going on in your life and figure out what truly helps. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and interpersonal approaches, tailoring each session to your needs and goals. My priority is creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, so you can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

What To Expect

When we work together, I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. I’m warm, approachable, and down-to-earth, and I meet you where you are without judgment. I like to balance reflection with practical tools, helping you understand patterns while also giving you strategies you can use in daily life. I’m attentive and responsive, and I prioritize building a trusting relationship so you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps that matter to you.
