Clinical Psychotherapist
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a degree from Silberman School of Social Work. I’ve completed post-graduate training in couples and family therapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, where I’m also currently enrolled in their trauma studies program. With a background as a visual arts teacher, I bring creativity and empathy to my practice. I work with a diverse range of individuals and couples, with a focus on those healing from complex PTSD and childhood trauma.
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in relational and integrative frameworks. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, trusting relationships, and I work to create a space where clients feel deeply seen and heard. I integrate trauma-informed care with curiosity and creativity, helping clients explore patterns, build self-understanding, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
What To Expect
When we work together, I bring a calm, grounded presence and a steady, supportive rhythm. As a native New Yorker, I'm attuned to the complexities of identity and culture, and I work with clients across a wide range of lived experiences and positionalities. I bring authenticity, creativity, and compassionate curiosity to the work we do together.
