Psychotherapist
I am a mental health counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of the Arts. I support people from all walks of life as they navigate emotional dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, and life’s major transitions.
My Approach
Rooted in trauma-informed care, my approach is collaborative and deeply person-centered, guided by curiosity, compassion, and grounded accountability. I blend evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and experiential techniques to tailor our work to your unique rhythm and needs. Our sessions flow with flexibility and focus on building insight and practical tools to help you move through challenges and cultivate lasting growth.
What To Expect
When we work together, you can expect an open space where authenticity and kindness meet steady support. Throughout our sessions, I bring a presenthearted approach, sharing thoughtful insight with kindness and genuine curiosity. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns shaping your experience and nurture resilience, creating room for you to evolve and thrive in a way that feels natural and true. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you with respect as you unfold into your fullest self.
