Psychotherapist

If healing, growth, or clarity is what you’re seeking on your journey, I am a licensed clinician committed to walking alongside you. I hold a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life, especially those in BIPOC and other marginalized communities, with a focus on care that sees the whole person. I have addressed a wide range of issues with children, individuals, families, and small groups, including emotion regulation, immigration, depression, life transitions, autism, intergenerational trauma, LGBTQIA+, relationships, anxiety, and PTSD.

My Approach

Life can be complex, but I believe you're the expert on your own story. In our work together, I prioritize collaboration and ensure your voice guides the process. My approach is warm, conversational, and grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I incorporate psychoeducation and tailor approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to meet your unique needs.

What To Expect

When we work together, expect a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where your voice is central to the therapeutic process.
