Psychotherapist

I am a licensed social worker with a Masters degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and a Bachelors in Psychology from Boston College. I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity formation. I have experience working in clinical and school-based settings, supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the many changes and challenges that come with moving through different life phases, environments, and roles.

My Approach

I take a relational and strengths-based approach to therapy and believe that the therapeutic relationship is vital to facilitating reflection, healing, and growth. I bring strong developmental and systems lenses to my work, working to understand how people have come to be who they are in the context of their environment and life trajectory. My approach includes an eclectic mix of cognitive and dialectical behavioral (CBT and DBT), ERP, trauma-informed & mindfulness-based therapies. I aim to understand what is already working for clients and build skills and treatment plans from there.

What To Expect

I aim to bring a warm and grounding energy to the therapeutic space. Finding and creating space for humor, joy, self-expression, and connection to others is important to me in both my personal and professional life.
